

I added a couple of video's filmed in Bali, where 9D originated. This is breathwork, this is how it is raw, open and maybe to the first time viewer a bit out there, only for the young hippy type.

The Great thing about the breath is that we have all been doing it from birth, it's the first and last thing we do to enter and leave the planet. So, you haven't missed out if your new to the concept, idea of looking at what breathwork can do for you.
Toss out the idea that your too old to give it a go. I want you to know that just by attending one session that you'll leave with an awareness of your own breath, how you can regulate it, to serve you better, whether for a required boost of energy in physical activity or some rest time.
It's magical really the breath. We rise in the morning and it's not as though we have to switch on our lungs and respiratory system to face the day. It's there for us. As we climb or descend stairs or an incline, it's got our back, it's in cahoots with our whole body driving more oxygen around, keeping us going.
Why I believe it's magic is we can break that spell, that regulation that the breath conforms to, because it's unique to each person how many times a minute they breathe, how deeply they breathe, in through the nose, out through the nose, in through the mouth ,out through the nose or mouth. We all breathe differently in a myriad of patterns, but the real kicker is we can consciously change the way we breathe, and that can have a profound affect on our whole system.
Life is a rollercoaster of dramas and emotions, relationships and lessons.
One day we may be shocked or surprised and catch our breath, if traumatic our breathing pattern, our regulation can take a hit. Our breathing may be shorter, sharper expectant of more unknowns coming in upon us. We are familiar with the flight/fight response, blood pumping, feeding muscles that need to protect us, the sympathetic system on high alert.
But we can be stuck in this State for days, months, years and not be aware of how our system is functioning.
9D - take that as breathing in a 9 dimensional way, allows us to reset our respiratory system, reset our nervous system, re-regulate ourselves, to reclaim our conscious awareness of the breath and breathe anew.
From fight/flight we can flip over to rest/digest. Deeper, slower.

Keep breathing deep that's what its all about. If one feels like its too much we breath through the nose for a while then get back to breathing deeply in and out the mouth.
Everyone has their own life, thus their own experiences. You will not have the same journey as another. It may share the same theme but its yours and all that needs to be released is stored in the body, and your body will bring them to light through the breath, at a time and placed that's safe for release.
Come with no expectations but a willingness to be present with the breath and you will truly experience the truth, the truth is you, ''needs no proof the truth''. It truly is not a mental activity because by aligning with the breath, getting that powerhouse back under your control you will quieten the monkey mind, release mis-emotion, express like you never had before, sigh like the weight has come from your shoulders, scream like your awake for the first time in years.
Then each journey flows into integration, to gratitude, we relax the breath in through the nose out through the nose.
We anchor in the riches of peace and wellbeing. You'll feel it mentally now because there is not the thundering chatter in your head, you have reclaimed yourself.
